- Level Shoes is a participating brand in the MUSE Gift Card and Loyalty Program.
- eGift Cards are valid for 365 days from the date of issuance.
- eGift Cards are not debit cards, credit cards, bank accounts, cheque guarantee cards, or charge cards.
- eGift Cards cannot be used for cash-on-delivery orders or for products/services excluded at MUSE’s discretion.
- eGift Cards may only be redeemed at participating MUSE brand stores: https://giftcards.experience-muse.com/en-ae/redeem and only the following brands can be redeemed online. Elemis, L’Occitane, Tanagra, Ysl Boutique, Armani.
- When making a purchase, the transaction amount will be deducted from the eGift Card balance. If the purchase is less than the balance, the remaining value will remain on the card for future use. If the purchase exceeds the balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.
- eGift Card balances cannot be transferred, merged, or consolidated with other eGift Cards.
- Balances can be checked online at https://giftcards.experience-muse.com/ or by contacting MUSE Customer Care at 800 888 777.
- If a refund is approved, a new eGift Card (marked as a “return card”) may be issued for the value of the returned item. The return card will carry the same expiry date and usage rules as the original eGift Card, unless otherwise stated, and will be sent to the customer’s registered email address.
- MUSE is not liable for unauthorized use of lost or stolen eGift Cards. At its sole discretion and upon purchase verification, MUSE may consider issuing a replacement card. Additional validation steps may apply.
- MUSE reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It may suspend or restrict the use of eGift Cards, make changes to the eGift Card program, or refuse issuance/redemption of an eGift Card if deemed appropriate.
- MUSE may take necessary actions to ensure fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

- Present your gift card barcode or card number at the counter.
- Complete your purchase and enjoy shopping and collecting points with MUSE..
- eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
