- The Alshaya eGift Cards are redeemable in stores across Alshaya participating Brands except for The Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang's, Texas Roadhouse, Asha's and Le Pain Quotidien.

- Only one eGift Card can be redeemed in a single invoice.
- Alshaya eGift Card is partially redeemable. If an item is purchased using an Alshaya eGift Card, the remaining balance and validity date will be presented on the receipt. This information can be provided by the Alshaya Customer Service Department 800-74292, or by simply presenting the eGift Card to the store cashier. Balance enquiries and partial redemptions are the sole responsibility of the merchant.
