- Flipkart eGift Cards cannot be used against Flight Bookings.
- eGift Cards can be purchased on https://www.flipkart.com/ or Flipkart Mobile App using the following payment modes only - Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking.
- eGift Cards can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as eGift Card. The eGift Card payment option is available for single orders with multiple sellers.
- eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Flipkart eGift Cards or Flipkart First subscriptions.
- eGift Cards cannot be used to make bulk purchases on the Platform.
- If the order value exceeds the eGift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking. The Cash on Delivery payment option cannot be used to pay the balance amount.
- If the order value is less than the amount of the eGift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same eGift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions.
- eGift Cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.
- The cardholder may request for revalidation of the expired eGift Card. Upon receipt of such request, the eGift Card may be revalidated after due verification and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
- eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit.
- eGift Cards issued to you on account of damaged, defective, or missing products must not be transferred to any other account. Flipkart reserves the right to cancel such eGift Cards if the same have been found to be transferred to any other account. You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the eGift Cards.
- https://www.flipkart.com/ is not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if an eGift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
- Once the eGift Card has been sent to you, you are bound to protect the eGift Card PIN or eGift Card number as confidential. In the event of any misuse of the eGift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser, Flipkart shall not be responsible for the same and no refund will be issued.
- You can combine a maximum of 15 eGift Cards in a single order at the time of checkout. In case you wish to redeem more than 15 eGift Cards on a single order, please add the eGift Cards to your Wallet.
- Balance enquiries and partial redemptions are the sole responsibility of the merchant. For partial redemption and balance enquiry visit Gift card section in the website or app.
- https://www.flipkart.com/ assumes no responsibility for the products purchased using the eGift Cards and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed.
- You can only purchase 100 eGift Cards in a 30-day period and the aggregate value of the eGift Cards purchased cannot be more than Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) in a month. Purchases exceeding these limits shall be cancelled automatically.
- Flipkart reserves the right to cancel eGift Cards if the same have been found to be purchased using fraudulent means. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received.
- In the event that the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC") details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient, https://www.flipkart.com/ retains the right to cancel the eGift Card issued.
- You agree and understand that eGift Cards are a pre-paid payment instrument subjected to regulations by the RBI under the RBI guidelines. Flipkart may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/redeemer of the eGift Card and/or any other information with relation to the purchase of the eGift Cards and/or transaction undertaken using the eGift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities. Flipkart may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the eGift Card for any such information.
- eGift Cards cannot be reloaded or resold.
- Any offer on eGift Cards including offers by banks and instant cash backs could be withdrawn anytime at the sole discretion of Flipkart.
- How to use your eGift Card:
- Login to Your Account
- Open the Flipkart website or app.
- Log in to your account with your registered credentials.
- Go to Gift Cards Section
- On the homepage or in your profile, look for the “eGift Cards” option.
- This is often found under the “Supercoin Zone” or in “My Account”.
- Select ‘Add eGift Card’
- Click or tap on “Add eGift Card”.
- You may alternatively go to the wallet section where you can also find the option to add an eGift Card.
- Enter eGift Card Details
- You will be prompted to enter the 16-digit card number and the eGift Card PIN.
- Carefully type both numbers exactly as shown—no spaces, and double check for errors.
- Submit & Confirm
- Click ‘Add’ or ‘Apply’ after entering details.
- If correct, you’ll see a confirmation message, and the balance will be credited to your Flipkart wallet/account.
- Start Shopping
- Your eGift Card balance is now available for use across Flipkart.
- You can use it towards any eligible Flipkart purchase.
- If you face any issues (e.g., error message, balance not showing), double-check the card number and PIN first. If it still doesn’t work, contact Flipkart customer support.
- eGift Cards may have an expiration date, so use your balance before it expires.
- eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
- Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
