- Pizza Hut eGift Cards can be used to make Payments at participating Pizza Hut Stores in India, Pizzahut website and Mobile App.
- This eGift Card is a one-time use card & any unused balance cannot be used again or be exchanged for Cash.
- More than one eGift Card can be used in one bill in stores but on Pizza Hut website & Mobile App, only one eGift Card can be used in one bill.
- Do inform the cashier that you plan to use eGift Card for making payments before billing.
- No cash refunds will be given against the card (including in case of loss or otherwise).
- eGift Card Cannot be revalidated once expired.
- Only participating Pizza Hut Stores would accept the eGift Card.
- Visits a Pizza Hut outlet and informs the cashier of the intent to pay using an eGift Card.
- Selects the products and shares the eGift Card details with the cashier.
- The cashier generates the invoice and selects eGift Card as the payment method.
- The cashier enters the eGift Card information – Card Number, PIN, and Amount – in the required fields.
- After successful validation and confirmation, the cashier clicks the Redeem button to process the transaction.
- Upon successful redemption, the invoice total is reduced by the redeemed amount.
- If the total bill is higher than the eGift Card value, the remaining balance can be paid using another mode of payment such as credit/debit card, wallet, or cash.
- Once payment is completed, the bill is closed.

- The user unconditionally accepts all T&C and shall not raise any disputes in this regard. Any dispute related to the eGift Card should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.

- How to use your eGift Card:
- Products are added to the cart and proceed to checkout.
- On the checkout page, eGift Card is selected as the payment option.
- The first six digits of the eGift Card are pre-filled, and you enter the remaining digits.
- Enter the PIN for validation.
- The system validates the card details and displays the available redeemable amount.
- Click the Redeem button to apply the value.
- Upon successful redemption, the payable invoice amount is reduced accordingly.
- The system displays any remaining balance to be settled.
- You can pay the remaining balance using any other accepted mode of payment such as credit/debit card or wallet.
- The checkout is completed successfully, and the order is confirmed.
- eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
