Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Business Head for our Emerging Payment and Processing division, with a forward-looking approach that includes incorporating future payment options using Gift Cards. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience and a profound understanding of Gift Card processing, payment trends, and an unwavering commitment to elevating our product and business offerings. This pivotal role will shape the strategy and development of our Gift Card processing solutions, ensuring a seamless integration of both product and business responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Responsibility Drive business growth and profitability by aligning product and business strategies with overarching objectives, identifying new revenue streams, and ensuring the overall financial health of the Emerging Payment and Processing division.
  • Product and Business Strategy Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for our Emerging Payment and Processing business, aligning with the latest payment trends and industry best practices.
  • Innovation Stay abreast of emerging payment technologies, trends, and industry regulations to ensure our solutions remain innovative and competitive.
  • Product Development Lead the product development process by collaborating with cross- functional teams to define product specifications, features, and functionality.
  • Market Analysis Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, assess market demands, and drive continuous product and business enhancements.
  • Product and Business Lifecycle Management Oversee the complete lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring business growth and profitability.
  • Team Leadership Effectively manage and mentor a team of product managers, developers, and business professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and business excellence.
  • Client Engagement Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, collect feedback, and ensure that our solutions align with their evolving requirements.
  • Budget Management Develop and manage the division’s budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation for successful product and business execution.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Gift Card processing, payment systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management and leadership roles including Team Management.
  • Strong knowledge of the latest payment trends and industry regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
