Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Manager (Merchant
Acquisitions) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging,
and onboarding new merchants to our gift card platform, driving expansion through strategic
partnerships. You will develop and execute acquisition strategies to enhance our merchant
base, drive revenue growth, and ensure the continued success of our gift card solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Merchant Acquisition: Proactively identify and target potential merchants across
various categories (e.g., retail, fashion, e-commerce, Beauty etc.) to join our gift card
platform. - Negotiation and Deal Closing: Present the value proposition to prospective
merchants, negotiate terms, and close. - Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with
key decision-makers at merchant organizations to create partnership opportunities. - Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and
evolving market conditions to identify opportunities and strengthen the catalogue. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with operation, finance, and marketing teams
to ensure smooth onboarding of merchants and alignment of acquisition - Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor sales metrics and performance KPIs,
providing regular reports and insights to senior management. - Cross Promotion Opportunities: Develop cross-promotion initiatives with
merchants to maximize their success on the platform and drive revenue growth. - Compliance & Contracts: Ensure all merchant agreements comply with relevant
laws and regulations and align with company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 10+ years of experience in KSA in gift card solutions, business development,
merchant acquisition sales and Partnership - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth through
successful partnerships. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong analytical skills, good in excel, PowerPoint and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Relationship Management Skills
- Fluent in Arabic
