Our brand underwent a much-needed refresh, utilizing modern design and style, and made sure it overall reflects our core values and message. Among the changes include a new logo, typography, color palette, website, and an overhauled design style across all of our marketing channels. Furthermore, we’ve also applied our unique design style to our most popular flavor cards, like the beloved HappyYOÜ Card.
Gift Bigger with HappyYOÜ+ Added Value Offer & Tabby!
2022 brought our customers an array of new Multi-Brand eGift cards. In addition to the HappyYOÜ Card, we’ve analyzed our customer requests, feedback, and needs and created additional occasion-based eGift Cards.
Added Value Offers on Redemption: We wanted to bring our clients even more value, and with Offers and Promotions, it couldn’t be simpler. Exclusive select brands now offer a range of additional value (up to 50%) when the customer redeems a HappyYOÜ Card on that particular brand, which not only benefits the customer but also increases brand visibility and the acquisition of new customers.
Purple Friday:
Launching Offers & Promotions was coupled with our “Purple Friday” sale, getting our users ready for the big sale season in November. Several select brands showcased their offers through Purple Friday and ensured users were prepared to make the most of the sale season.
Gift Now, Pay Later with Tabby
We were thrilled to have partnered up with Tabby in 2022. Our integration with Tabby gave our users an entirely new way of paying during checkout on our App. Our users could enjoy their purchases with three interest-free payments, allowing for more diverse payment options. “Gift Now. Pay Later”.
YOÜChoice: Additional New Brands You asked for!
Our catalog has grown, offering more choice and diversity for our customers across the region. We’ve partnered with the top brands to ensure a well-maintained and expansive catalog to ensure a customer-return experience for all occasions and categories. Our catalog has increased with 77 new brands in the last year.
