- Passes are valid only for one-time use at designated Plaza Premium Lounge locations.
- Passes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Expired passes cannot be reactivated.
- How to use your eGift Card:
- Customer to login to Smart Traveller app and click on 'Activate PPL Pass'.
- Insert Lounge Pass number and activation code.
- Click 'Actiavte Now' to submit. Lounge Passes will automatically be added to "My Wallet" Traveller app.
- Once redeemed, visit the nearest Plaza Premium Lounge location.
- Present your digital pass or QR code at the reception.
- Login to smart traveller app and choose nearby experiences.
- Choose the category as Lounge and under points activity select Redeem points.
- Enjoy access to premium amenities, including comfortable seating, delicious refreshments, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
