- This eGift Card can be redeemed only on Maestro Pizza website https://maestropizza.com or mobile application (available on app store and play store)
- The Gift card must be added to the Maestro Wallet for the full value and the wallet amount can be used at checkout.
- This eGift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.
- No limit on number of vouchers to be added into Maestro wallet.
- Voucher valid for one time redemption to full value.
- If the order total price is less than the eGift Card, Maestro Pizza will keep the rest in the wallet, but if the order total price is higher than the wallet amount, then the customer has to pay the remaining amount by using one of the online payment methods.
- Maestro Pizza is not liable for any refunds or replacement if the eGift Card has not been redeemed before the expiry date.
- eGift Cards must be obtained from an authorized third party, and you are;
- Responsible for safeguarding your eGift Card number from unauthorized use.
- Only use your reference number to communicate eGift Card(s) complaint and never share the gift card number with anyone in any circumstance.
- Maestro Pizza is not responsible if any eGift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed or if your eGift Card is used without your permission. Maestro Pizza is not responsible for and assumes no liability to you for any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any eGift Card.
- How to use your eGift Card:
- Open Maestro pizza app/website https://maestropizza.com
- Login/Sign up using your mobile number.
- Click on the wallet icon at the top of the menu (in app or web) or click on wallet box visible in the side profile menu.
- Enter your voucher code (case sensitive) in text box with header ‘Redeem voucher’ and click redeem.
- After successful redemption, Maestro wallet amount will be updated immediately and the same can be used while placing any order/s via mobile application or website.
- Expiration date of the wallet amount added will be visible in the transaction history.
- eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
- Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
