- The Gift Card shall be in the form of electronic vouchers and not physical cards.
- The Gift Card can only be bought in AED.
- This eGift card has to be redeemed at https://account.noon.com/credits/
- The Gift Card can be redeemed on the noon website and mobile app.
- The Gift Card can only be redeemed on noon.com;
- Once redeemed, the Gift Card balance can be used on noon.com (UAE), SIVVI.com (UAE), noon Food (UAE), noon Grocery (UAE), and/or noon Minutes (UAE).
- Once redeemed, the value of the Gift Card will be issued in the applicable customer's noon credits balance on the noon platform and also visible on the checkout page, under the noon credits balance.
- The Gift Card may be used to purchase all products across all categories on noon.com and its affiliates, including sale items.

- Login or create an account on https://www.noon.com/uae-en/
- Go to 'My Accounts' and select ‘noon credits’
- Enter the 16-digit Gift Card number and the 4-digit pin. Click on ‘Redeem’, and the amount will be added to your noon credit balance visible on the payment page.
- On the Noon mobile app:
- Login or create an account on https://www.noon.com/uae-en/
- Go to 'My Accounts' and select ‘noon credits’
- Enter the 16-digit Gift Card number and the 4-digit PIN. Tap on ‘Redeem’, the amount will be added to your noon credits balance visible on the payment page.
- The Gift Card cannot be replaced, refunded, returned, reloaded, redeemed for more than face value, redeemed for cash, returned for cash, or transferred to another account.
- Gift Cards balance cannot be used to purchase goods or services at noon or any noon-affiliated property outside of the currency in which the gift card has been issued.
- Gift Cards must be obtained from an authorized third party, and you are;
- Responsible for safeguarding your Gift Card number and PIN from unauthorized use.
- Only use your reference number to communicate a gift card(s) complaint and never share the gift card number and/or PIN with anyone in any circumstance.
- Noon is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed or if your Gift Card is used without your permission. noon is not responsible for and assumes no liability to you for any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card.
- Noon is not liable for any refunds or replacement if the gift card has not been redeemed before the expiry date.
- eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
