- This eGift card must be exchanged at the Customer Service desk at City Centre Muscat or City Centre Suhar for a physical MAF Mall Gift Card.
- The Physical MAF Mall Gift Card is valid for 12 months once exchanged, beginning from the date it is exchanged (MAF Mall Gift Card issuance date).
- This eGift Card will reflect a redeemable balance (after deduction of an activation fee of OMR 0.5 ) and the same redeemable balance is transferred onto the Physical MAF Mall Gift card once exchanged at the Customer Service Desk at City Centre Muscat or City Centre Suhar.

- This eGift Card must be exchanged for a physical MAF Gift Card at the Customer Service Desk at City Centre Muscat or City Centre Suhar.
- Balance on the physical card would reflect a redeemable balance, as there would be an activation fee deduction (OMR 0.5) when this eGift card is exchanged for a physical MAF Gift card, at the customer service desk at City Centre Muscat, or City Centre Suhar.
- eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
- Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
