Terms & Conditions
- The Cenomi Gift Card must be activated within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
- You can activate your Cenomi Gift Card in the Cenomi Rewards App, by entering the Gift Card number and pin code.
- Upon activation, your Cenomi Rewards account will be credited with the Gift Card points which will be valid for 12 months.
- To redeem the Gift Card points in-store, you should request to pay with your Cenomi Rewards points and will be asked by the cashier to share your mobile number used to sign-up to Cenomi Rewards.
- Points cannot be converted to cash.
- Points can be redeemed across all Cenomi Rewards pay with points brands in KSA.
- Expired Cenomi Gift Cards cannot be extended, exchanged or refunded.
- Items purchased by the Cenomi eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service offered to the customers.
- To view the list of participating redemption brands, click on the following link cenomirewards.page.link/gift, Login into Cenomi App, click “Redeem & Share” tab on the home page and then click “Discover redemption partners”, to view the list of brands where you can redeem your Cenomi reward points. On this list, please refer to brands listed under 'Points Redemption Brands'.
- How to use your eGift Card:
- Once a Cenomi Gift Card has been purchased from one of the available channels, the recipient will need to activate the gift card in the Cenomi Rewards app.
- Once activated, the card balance will reflect in the Cenomi Rewards app under points balance and also in the My Gift Cards section.
- To redeem, simply visit one of the participating brand stores, and request to pay with your Cenomi Rewards points and share your Cenomi Rewards registered mobile number with the cashier.
- You will receive an OTP message and share the code with the cashier to complete the transaction and redeem the points securely.
- eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
- Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
