- How to use your eGift card:
- For redeeming vouchers online, please follow below steps:
- Download Danube App
- App Store https://apps.apple.com/ae/app/id1097703117
- Google Play https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.app.danube
- Open Danube App & sign-in or register.
- Click on "Account”
- Click on "E-wallet”
- Click on "Add Gift Card”
- Add the Gift Card number and Click on "Activate Gift Card”
- Your wallet will be recharged immediately.
- Now you can order online or use it to purchase from Danube stores.
- Once the wallet is recharged please present the same at store for staff to redeem the voucher.
- Customers can use the wallet for online redemption as well.
- eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
