- eGift Card balance shown for this card is at the time of purchase.
- Current balance and validity of the eGift Card can be checked online at https://www.redtagfashion.com or at any REDTAG store in the country for which it has been purchased. These queries shall only be addressed to REDTAG.
- This eGift Card is valid for purchase to the full value loaded. It can be redeemed multiple times before expiry till all balance has been consumed.
- Should the purchase value exceed the value of the eGift Card, the differential value should be paid by the customer who redeems the eGift Card.
- This eGift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
- The eGift Card cannot be used to purchase a Gift card.
