Terms & Conditions
- Once an eGift Card is redeemed by topping up the Grocery Wallet/ elWallet account, the value will be added to the account and will be visible on the checkout page.
- After successful redemption, Grocery Wallet/ elWallet can be used to shop on any stores on the elGrocer App, Smiles Market, Coops, Geant, aswaaq, Butcheries, Roasteries, Pharmacies, and more
- The Grocery Wallet / elWallet balance can be used on multiple orders|
- The eGift Cards once loaded on the Grocery Wallet/ elWallet cannot be withdrawn or returned as cash.
- The eGift Card Code can also be used during checkout in Promo Codes. If used as a promo code, the eGift Card is valid only for one-time use and has to be utilized for the full value in one transaction.
- eGift Card must be redeemed within (3 Months) from the purchase date and the Grocery Wallet/ elWallet credits must be utilized within 1 month period otherwise it will expire and the credits will be forfeited.
- The balance in a customer's Grocery Wallet/ elWallet cannot exceed a monthly limit of AED 8,000.00.
