- This is a Absolute Barbecues(AB's) eGift Card and would be accepted at AB's outlets in India.

- The person who has the AB's eGift Card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
- Do inform the outlet reception that you plan to use the eGift Card for making payments before billing.
- A maximum of 5 eGift Card can be used in one bill.
- This is a ONE time use eGift Card. Electronic Gift Vouchers can't be replaced or duplicated, if lost or stolen.
- No Credit note / Refund for the unused amount of the eGift Card will be given.
- AB's eGift Card CANNOT be revalidated once expired.
- This eGift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.
- AB's eGift Card cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates. AB's may add or delete any date on its sole discretion.
- Any dispute related to the eGift Card should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
- AB's makes full efforts to accept eGift Card, but on account of any technical / administrative reasons an outlet may refuse to accept the same.
- If an eGift Card gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours.

- All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts of Hyderabad, India.
- Absolute Barbecues reserves the right to change the 'Terms & Conditions' at any time without prior information.
- eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
- Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
