- Domino’s eGift Card can be used to purchase any Domino’s product on Domino’s India Mobile Apps/ Mobile Website (PWA)/Desktop Website.
- Domino’s eGift Card can be used multiple times till 100% of the amount is utilized, however this must be redeemed within the validity period and the unredeemed balance in the card will be forfeited after its validity period.
- Domino's eGift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Once the eGift Card has been purchased it is considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
- No refund will be made for any lost eGift Cards and no revalidation is allowed for expired Gift Cards balance.
- Maximum one eGift Card can be used per order.
- Balance can be checked from the website www.dominos.co.in/gift-vouchers/balance-enquiry.
- Redemption will happen on Domino’s digital assets i.e. Mobile APP/ Mobile Website (PWA) & Desktop website. In restaurants redemption will NOT be available.
- Any pre-order discount like EDV, CRM, Combos and any after order discount like Late or any specific guarantee in place with Domino's will NOT be applicable.
- Remaining balance in case if the order value is more than voucher value can only be paid by cash. (No other modes of payment are acceptable).
- eGift Card validity is for 180 days from the date of issuance.

- Domino’s eGift Card is a bearer’s property. Domino’s Pizza India will not responsible if an eGift Card is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or used without permission. No replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

- How to use your eGift Card:
- Log on to Dominos App or Website https://www.dominos.co.in/.
- Add the items in the cart and proceed to checkout.
- Click on Gift Cards / e-Voucher Tab to add the Gift Cards. Enter Gift Card number and PIN and click on submit.
- Pay balance amount at the time of delivery.
- eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
- Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
