Terms & Conditions
- Max Gift Card/ eGift Card is redeemable ONLY at select stores of Max and it is not allowed for redemption for any purchase through online platforms.

- Max Gift/ eGift Cards are valid for one year from the date of issue.
- eGift Cards are valid for one time redemption only.
- Gift Card/eGift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Should the purchase value exceed the value of the Gift Card/ eGift Card, the differential value should be paid by the customer who redeems the Gift Card/ eGift Card.
- eGift Cards cannot be redeemed in part. The entire value of eGift Card needs to be consumed in one purchase. However multiple eGift Cards can be used for one purchase.

- No replacement / compensation is permissible/ payable for lost Gift Card/ eGift Card.
- The holder of the card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
- Max reserves the right to alter any / all the terms and conditions of this Gift Card/ eGift Card any time without prior notice. Any dispute shall be referred to Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd., Max Retail Division (the Company) and the decision of the Company shall be final.
- All disputes are subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction.
- Expired eGift Cards cannot be extended, exchanged or refunded.
- Items purchased by the eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the store and YouGotaGift is not responsible for the product & service offered by the merchant.
- eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
- Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
