Terms & Conditions
- This eGift Card is valid only at More stores operated by More Retail Limited (MRL) and can be used for a single bill transaction.

- The eGift Card must be redeemed within the specified validity period. No claims for redemption will be entertained after the validity period stated on the eGift Card.
- The eGift Card is valid for 6 months.
- The eGift Card must be presented at the cash counter at the time of billing and can only be redeemed in full, not in part or for cash.
- If the transaction amount exceeds the eGift Card value, the holder must pay the balance amount.
- The eGift Card cannot be redeemed or accepted after the validity period. It will automatically lapse, and MRL will not buy back the eGift Card after its validity period.
- No duplicate eGift Card will be issued if lost or misplaced. The eGift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Loss, theft, mutilation, alteration, smudging, or overwriting on the eGift Card will render it invalid and will not be accepted.
- The eGift Card holder shall not hold MRL responsible or liable for any claims, demands, damages, losses, or expenses incurred at any point in time.
- All disputes arising from or in relation to this eGift Card are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
- eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
- Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
