- No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced Gift Card.

- How to use your gift card:
- Please call the call centre to fix an appointment.
- Selects outlet to avail service and informs the executive about making payment using gift card.
- Once executive checks with the outlet on acceptance of gift card and confirms booking, Please visit the outlets and select offered service / product.
- Store executive prepares the final invoice and informs payable amount which you can make payment using gift card.
- The store manager opens the web based single page redemption link.
- Enters card credentials and other required fields.
- Post validation system confirms available value in the card and gets the card redeemed.
- If the invoice value exceeds redemption amount then the balance amount needs to be paid by other payment modes.
- eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
- Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
