Terms & Conditions
- Reliance Digital is a participating brand under Reliance Retail Limited (Reliance).
- This eGift Card is issued by Reliance Retail Limited (Reliance).
- This eGift Card is redeemable, and it is valid only for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of receipt.
- eGift Card can be redeemed at Reliance Digital Stores in India only.
- eGift Card is not applicable on purchase of Apple, 1+, Motorola & Sony products.
- eGift Card can't be exchanged for cash.
- This eGift Card can be redeemed only once. Any unused amount will lapse.
- No extension of the Validity period nor refund of the value of eGift Card in case of failure to use the eGift Card on or before the validity period.
- Reliance shall not be responsible for loss or misuse of eGift Card and no duplicate or compensation in lieu of the eGift Card shall be given by Reliance.
- Reliance overall liability will not exceed the value of the eGift Card.
- Bearer of the eGift Card shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
- Bearer of the code of eGift Card is deemed to be the beneficiary of this eGift Card. Any redemption by the bearer of eGift Card shall be considered as a valid discharge of liabilities by Reliance.

- Any dispute with regard to Product liability, guarantee, warranty and quality of the Products to be purchased under redemption of the eGift Card shall be addressed to the respective Manufacturer/ Brand Owner and Reliance shall not be held responsible/liable for the same.
