- This eGift Card is issued by Reliance Retail Limited (Reliance).
- The eGift Card is redeemable and valid for a period of 12 months from the date of receipt.
- The eGift Card can be redeemed on the JioMart online platform in India. It cannot be used for third-party products listed on the JioMart platform.
- The eGift Card cannot be exchanged for cash and can be redeemed only once.
- This eGift Card is not valid for the purchase of gold/silver coins or fine jewelry.
- The eGift Card cannot be redeemed in parts and must be used for its full value.
- The eGift Card is redeemable for a single order only. Multiple eGift Cards cannot be redeemed in a single order.
- There will be no extension of the validity period or refund of the eGift Card value if it is not used within the validity period.
- Reliance shall not be responsible for the loss or misuse of the eGift Card, and no duplicate or compensation shall be provided.
- Reliance's overall liability will not exceed the value of the eGift Card.
- The bearer of the eGift Card is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
- The bearer of the eGift Card code is considered the beneficiary. Any redemption by the bearer will discharge Reliance from any liability.
- Reliance shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expenses, costs, or third-party liability arising from the use or redemption of the eGift Card.
- Reliance reserves the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions of the eGift Card at any time without prior notice, and such modifications shall be binding on the user/bearer.
- Any disputes regarding product liability, guarantee, warranty, and quality of the products purchased under the eGift Card redemption shall be addressed to the respective manufacturer/brand owner. Reliance shall not be held responsible for such matters. Guarantees and warranties will be transferred as received from the respective manufacturer/distributor.

- Download the JioMart application on your mobile device.
- Browse and select the items you want, then add them to your cart.
- Proceed to the checkout page and choose the option to Add Gift Card/Voucher Code.
- eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
- Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
