- Birkenstock eGift Cards can only be redeemed at the Birkenstock Online Shop (www.birkenstock.in). The eGift Cards can be bought by any Birkenstock customer who shall be deemed as “sender”. Post the purchase of the online eGift Cards it shall be emailed to the mentioned email address by the sender at the time of purchase to the “receiver”.
- eGift Cards can be only purchased through prepaid mode of payment, cash on delivery will not be applicable during the purchase of eGift Cards.
- The eGift Cards can be redeemed for all goods in the Birkenstock India website (www.birkenstock.in).
- eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase other eGift Cards.
- eGift Cards can be combined with promotional vouchers, but discretion of use remains with Birkenstock India team
- If the value of the eGift Card is not sufficient for an order, the difference would need to be paid with another payment method approved by Birkenstock India (Cash on Delivery is not applicable)
- eGift Cards that are purchased on Birkenstock Online Shop (www.birkenstock.in) cannot be redeemed at any Birkenstock Offline Stores
- Customers can redeem upto 5 eGift Cards at the same time and any remaining balance in the eGift Card will be saved for next purchase against the last used eGift Cards.
- At redemption the eGift Card number sent in email to receiver will be validated at Birkenstock India to ensure there is no revocation
- Any balance remaining in the eGift Card will be carried over to next purchase
- All Birkenstock India eGift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue
- The validity of eGift Cards cannot be extended after the expiry date. If there are any technical issues, please reach out to customer care immediately.
- eGift Cards cannot be exchanged in the form of cash or monetary transfers

- eGift Cards are not transferrable to any subsequent users or email ids
- Birkenstock India is not responsible if a eGift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission
- In the event of loss of eGift Card or has been compromised kindly reach out to customercare-india@birkenstock.com. In such events we shall block the existing card and re-issue another eGift Card with the existing value after validating the authenticity of the “receiver”
- Products purchased with eGift Cards follow the same refund/return policy as general orders in the Birkenstock India website
- In events of product refunds, we will issue the refund into the same eGift Card that was used at the time of purchase, refund to any bank accounts will not be possible.
- How to use your Gift Card:
- Customer visits the https://www.birkenstock.in/.
- Completes shopping
- Goes to checkout and selects gift card tender
- Enters Gift card no and pin and clicks redeem
- Any additional value is paid by customer using other tender modes.
- eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
- Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
