- eGift Card are only redeemable at Blackberrys exclusive stores in India.
- eGift Card is not redeemable Online.
- This eGift Card can be redeemed only once and in full, in case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of card, the difference shall be paid by the bearer. No refunds / credit note shall be issued for unused part of the eGift Card.
- eGift Card carries no value until activated.
- Valid eGift Card in its original form has to be presented at the time of availment at Blackberrys exclusive stores.
- This eGift Card cannot be transferred for balance value or redeemed for cash.
- Blackberrys reserves the right to amend the terms at its discretion without prior notice.
- Protect the eGift Card number to avoid misuse, Blackberrys shall neither replace the eGift Card nor refund the cash.
- Disputes if any, shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi.
- No replacement/compensation is permissible for lost eGift Card.

- eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
- Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
