- This card is redeemable on all merchandise at Chumbak stores and https://chumbak.com/.
- This card can neither be redeemed for cash/credit nor would any unutilized balance be refunded; however the balance can be carried forward for the subsequent purchases.
- If this card is lost or stolen, it will not be issued again nor will any cash be refunded.
- Charge slip issued at the time of loading, redemption will state the remaining card balance and validity of the card.
- Card balance may also be obtained from Chumbak stores or chumbak.com
- Expired eGift Cards cannot be extended, exchanged or refunded.

- For In store purchase, visit the outlet near you.
- Choose the products you would like to buy.
- Show your Gift Card details to the cashier at the time of billing & pay any balance amount by cash or card.
- For online purchase, add the product to shopping cart.
- On the payment page, Click on the tab "Gift Cards/Voucher" and enter the 16 digit eGift Card number and PIN to redeem.
- eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
