- The eGift Card is valid only for buying DPauls Services on DPauls.com or by visiting DPauls Office located at B-40, Shivalik, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017.
- Once the Card is issued, it will be valid for 11 months.
- Users are required to save the eGift Card number and PIN to utilize this amount as we will not be able to reset the PIN or reissue a new eGift Card number.
- Once purchased, eGift Cards cannot be cancelled, unless expressly allowed to do so by DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd.
- This eGift Card cannot be clubbed with any other offer currently live on www.dpauls.com including cashbacks, discounts, etc. on a particular credit/debit card.
- For Flight Booking, Only One eGift Card can be used against One Bill .
- For Package Booking for Holiday Packages, Upto 3 eGift Cards can be clubbed in Single Invoice.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safety of the eGift Card after purchase. DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd. is not responsible if the eGift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission. A eGift Card once issued cannot be re-issued nor can the PIN be reset.
- The eGift Card cannot be replaced, refunded, revalidated, or exchanged for cash.
- DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd. reserves the right to deny accepting any eGift Card if it suspects that there is the duplicity of the eGift Card.
- Products and services offered by DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd. are subject to availability and terms of use of the DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd. platform.
- In no event, the liability of DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd. for any claims arising by the purchase or usage of eGift Cards shall exceed the value of the respective eGift Card.
- You shall be responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality of the eGift Card PIN/ eGift Card unique 16-digit number issued to you. DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd. shall not be responsible to provide you with new eGift Cards in the event this confidentiality obligation is breached by you. Any misuse/unauthorized disclosure of eGift Cards shall result in cancellation of the order, as applicable, without any liability of DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd.
- In addition to the terms of use available on the DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd. platform, you shall also abide by these terms and conditions specifically to be able to use the eGift Cards. In the event of any dispute in the interpretation of these terms, DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd. shall be the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
- This is for individual use only. Distributor found using eGift Cards would lead to cancellation of the booking and no refund would be made.
- Disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
- Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase DPauls eGift Card.
- eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit.
- In the event that the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC") details are found to be incorrect or insufficient as per RBI Guidelines, DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd retains the right to cancel the eGift Card issued.
- eGift Cards cannot be resold.
- eGift Card validity cannot be extended under any circumstances.

- In case of any cancellation of orders purchased using eGift Cards within the validity period, the amount will be reversed to the eGift Card used at the time of shopping.
- eGift cards once issued cannot be cancelled, exchanged, extended or refunded.
- Items purchased by the eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service offered to the customers.

- Choose & finalize your preferred services (Flight/ Hotel/ Packages, etc).
- Go to check out and choose the eGift Card option during the payment process.
- Enter your eGift Card code & pin to buy your preferred service.
- eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
- Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
