- The eGift Card can be used for purchases on https://www.firstcry.com/.
- Customers must create a free account on FirstCry.com to redeem the eGift Card.
- Each eGift Card has a unique code. To redeem the eGift Card, enter the code in your shopping cart during checkout.
- Both eGift Card and credit card can be used to pay for an order. The eGift Card will be charged first, and any remaining balance will be charged to the credit card.
- In case an order is canceled, the amount paid using the eGift Card will be refunded back to the same eGift Card.
- A single eGift Card value can be redeemed across multiple purchases.
- Multiple eGift Cards cannot be applied to a single order.
- Unused eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The eGift Card can only be redeemed for orders shipped within India.
- eGift Cards cannot be purchased using Cheque or Cash on Delivery (COD).
- How to use your eGift Card:
- Go to https://www.firstcry.com/ and select the items you want to purchase.
- Add your products to the shopping cart.
- On the Cart page, you’ll see two options – Coupon and Gift Certificate. Select Gift Certificate.
- Enter your 14-digit gift card number in the provided field and click Apply.
- You will see a message confirming that the gift certificate has been applied.
- The gift card amount will be deducted from your total, and you can pay any remaining balance using other payment methods.
- eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
- Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
