- This eGift Card is issued by Forever New Apparel Private Limited ("Forever New") and can be redeemed only against purchase of eligible products from retail outlets of Forever New or its website i.e. https://www.forevernew.co.in/.
- The eGift Card once purchased are non-cancellation and non-refundable.
- This eGift Card cannot be recharged.
- The eGift Card cannot be used to purchase other eGift Cards.
- The eGift Card can be used till balance or validity.
- Bearer of the eGift Card will have to present this eGift Card at the time of billing to redeem the value against purchase of products. The value of the eGift Card will deplete with every purchase made by the bearer. Balance available on the eGift Card cannot be exchanged for cash and can be redeemed only against future purchases.
- The eGift Card can only be used to make purchases up to the value of the eGift Card. If the bearer wished to make purchases for an amount that exceeds the balance available on the eGift Card, the bearer will have to pay the amount exceeding the balance using another mode of payment.
- Forever New may, at its sole discretion, pass on the benefits of consumer promotions to the bearer of eGift Card.
- This eGift Card is not credit or debit or charge card and has no implied warranties.
- All refunds/exchanges of products purchased with the eGift Card will be made in accordance with refund policy of Forever New and reimbursed funds will not be reloaded on the eGift Card, unless otherwise determined by Forever New in its sole discretion,
- Any unused balance on the eGift Card after expiry of the above validity period will not be refunded in cash or credit for redemption.
- The bearer of the eGift Card will be considered the bonafide recipient of the benefits of redemption.
- Lost or stolen or damaged eGift Card will not be replaced or the balance, if any, will not be refunded.
- Forever New may, use the information provided by the purchaser of the eGift Card for communicating new promotions, launch of products or similar other purposes.
- Forever New reserves the right to cancel any eGift Card or the scheme pursuant to which this eGift Card has been issued, for any reason at any time without notice. Under such circumstances, Forever New may, at its sole discretion, either refund the balance value of the eGift Card to the bearer or replace the eGift Card of equivalent value.
- Laws prevailing in India shall be applicable and courts in Delhi India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- This eGift Card is the property of Forever New and Forever New reserves the right to modify/alter/amend the terms and conditions without prior intimation.
- Any person or bearer using this eGift Card shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions.
- Forever New reserves the right to amend the list of the participating stores at its sole discretion.
- The terms and conditions governing the eGift Card shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the other terms and conditions of the Forever New.
- Forever New reserves the right to cancel an order placed by using eGift Card in case of any fraudulent activity done or any violation of the terms and conditions.
- How to use your eGift Card:
- Visit the website https://www.forevernew.co.in/
- Select your products and add to cart.
- Go to checkout and select gift card.
- Enter your gift card code & pin.
- Click on Redeem.
- eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
- Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
