- Global desi eGift card are redeemable on the online website www.globaldesi.in/ and www.andindia.com/ & select stores of AND & Global Desi, which are part of Ochre & Black Private Limited.
- Global desi eGift card can be redeemed once by the user.
- Physical eGift cards can be redeemed on one or more occasions upto the value of the eGift Card or until it reaches the end of the validity period.
- Multiple cards can be clubbed in the offline or store purchase. However multiple cards clubbing is not allowed for online Ecommerce portal purchases.
- If the invoice value is above the eGift Card value then the balance amount can be paid through other available payment methods.
- Global desi is not responsible if the eGift card is stolen or used without permission of the owner.
- Global desi has the right to cancel the eGift Card obtained fraudulently and the funds have to be credited back to the same source from where these were received.
- Global desi reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion and without prior notice.
- eGift cards once issued cannot be cancelled, exchanged, extended or refunded.
- Items purchased by the eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service offered to the customers.
- How to use your eGift Card:
- Make your selection of the product and add to the card.
- Enter the gift card number and Pin on the checkout for redemption and add products to the cart.
- Proceed to checkout
- eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
- Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
