- eGift Cards can only be redeemed at offline stores. Online redemption is not allowed.
- eGift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and/or cheque.
- Partial redemption of the eGift Card is allowed, and the balance will remain on the eGift Card.
- If the eGift Card is damaged, stolen, or lost, neither a new Gift Card will be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner.
- eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
- Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
