- eGift Cards cannot be redeemed at Factory outlets, Multi-branded outlets & Indian Terrain website.
- Only ONE eGift Card can be redeemed per bill per day.
- eGift Cards cannot be clubbed with on-going offers. Not Applicable on & above store discount & End of Season Sale ( EOSS) Offers.
- eGift Cards has to be redeemed FULL in a single billing. PARTIAL REDEMPTION is not allowed. Unutilized balance, if any, will not be refunded in any medium.
- The validity period of the eGift Card will not be extended under any circumstances.
- No replacement, cancellation or cashback would be considered against the purchased eGift Cards.
- eGift Card shall be non-refundable in any form (cash/credit/store credits) once redeemed.
- Incase there is a balance amount to be paid after eGift Card redemption, the customer must pay the balance amount with taxes applicable.
- eGift Cards has to be mandatorily submitted at Indian Terrain store billing desk before the billing starts.
- This eGift Card is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for a eGift Card. Refund or money against the eGift Card shall not be entertained.
- eGift Card cannot be transferred for value or re-sold or redeemed for cash.
- eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
- Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
