- Original physical copy of the eGift card needs to be submitted at the lounge reception to avail the offer.
- This card is valid only for one person.
- This card is valid only for 3 months from the date of issue.
- This card cannot be clubbed with any other card / voucher or other offers.
- This card cannot be encashed, transferred or shared.
- This card is valid at Travel Club Lounges in Chennai (Domestic), Kolkata (Domestic), Mumbai (Terminal 1C- Domestic), Mumbai (Terminal 2 - Domestic) and Bangalore (Domestic).
- This card entitles the user to access to the lounge, buffet and soft beverages. Any other services availed will be chargeable. No alcohol will be served basis this card.
- Access will be allowed 3 hours prior to departure
- This card will not be valid in case it is damaged and no duplicate card will be issued.
- Usage of this card shall always be subject to the terms and conditions of the lounge usage.
- Management’s decision will be final in case of any dispute and shall be subjected to jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
- Expired eGift Cards cannot be extended, exchanged or refunded.
- eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
- Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
